Nominating himself for the "Most Romantic Night of Your Life" award, one love-struck German laid out hundreds of candles in the shape of a heart anticipating his girlfriend's arrival. The candles spelled out the words "You set my heart on fire," but unfortunately they did more than that—they set his whole house on fire. Firefighters arrived instead of his girlfriend and battled the blaze for more than an hour before getting it under control.
