A visitor came to my hospital room. After exchanging pleasantries with this attractive, obviously bright woman, we began discussing books — a conversation that was prompted by my reading materials. In due time, I remarked that I was writing a book and needed assistance. The kind person replied, "I would love to help you, but I am committed... . I'll keep you in mind."
A month later, an individual called to say that she had heard from my hospital visitor that I was working on a writing project and needed some help. She was interested.
An interview was arranged. During the conference it became clear that the applicant possessed the right skills and computer equipment.
God works in marvelous ways.
